and that’s how i roll.
guess who passed her written exam missing only ONE question.
haha. ME!
i’m excited to start learning how to drive. skyway streets? watch out!
im just kidding. i’m actually quite an okay driver. in iowa at least. but then again, there’s like no traffic in iowa at all so…i can’t really say.
but what i CAN say is that the state should start investing in some better workers at their DMV’s because the people there are SLOW AS HELL and sit on their fat asses, typing three words per minute with their long ass nails. seriously. i waited FOUR HOURS to take my knowledge test (which took me like, 4 minutes.) and then another HALF HOUR to get my picture taken (which isn’t actually a bad picture. i look OH-KAY).
wasted the whole afternoon when i could have been SLEEPING.
but we’re heading to alki later this afternoon for BIKING since it’s effing HOT!

tips, old friends, FEM+WF, annoyances
so i’m tired.
as always. i woke up at 8 today. a saturday. because i had to freaking do volunteer work with TIPS. it wasn’t THAT bad. kinda enjoyable. there’s a short asian guy that wore skinny jeans that sagged tight on his bum and showed his plaid blu egreen boxers underneath. he didn’t have much junk in the trunk (nudge nudge) and he was. short. but his face was nice looking. not interested.
we dug up weeds and plants and shovel stuff around and i saw bunnies and rats. and then i went to cezanne’s house! woohoo! i haven’t seen my lovely lovely lolita friend in AGES and we just sat on the stairs and talked and she walked me to to bus stop and we talked. but of course, i’m always on a curfew tight-leashed so i had to take the bus home. it’s always good to catch up and she’s one of the people that really listens. too bad she’s always busy with her family and her job and whatnot. and plus, she lives like north. so i hardly get to skip and see her or something.
now i’m at the store. downloading music. and watching the lovely blue angels do their tricks since we have an okay view of them here. they’re loud though. downloading….big bang’s Last Farewell English Version, Far East Movement’s new song, and that one song by Jordin Sparks. Okay, I’m listening to the English Version of Last Farewell. Hm. I’ll probably delete it. But ohmygosh, Far East’s Movement single Dance Like Micheal Jackson” is so HOT! I watched Wong Fu’s MV for the song and it’s SEXY AS HELL. The dancing is pretty crisp. And then Wong Fu’s “new” video blogs. Wesley Chan is just so so …ahhh adorable! I mean, his hair in the blogs is just sooooooooo *goes into hyper giddy mode*. I just want to reach out and pet him (:
Okay, so my sister’s wedding is coming up in 21 days. And I might admit that I’m quite disappointed that both of my invites to my friends were accepted, then they flaked out and said they can’t go. I mean, I’m not mad. Just a tad bit annoyed. But I mean, that’s reasonable right? Whatever. I might as well head home at 10pm and read because it’s not like I’m going to do anything from 10pm to 12am cuz everyone’s going to be dancing and whatnot. Psh. Whatever. ‘least I’m going to Iowa after that.
I’m going to learn how to drive in Iowa. and I’m going to jog every morning to get my body in shape because what Legacy House taught me (and Wii playing on Friday at my party) is that my body is so not in shape. Mainly my shoulder joints are creaking and that’s not good considering I’m only 16. Haha. And I’m also going to indulge in some shopping for back to school with my money. I figured I’m not going to blow it all on some crap. I have a feeling it’ll mainly be food I’ll be buying during the school year. Food and drinks.
Anyways, short blog just for the hell of writing down what has been hapenning. I have to go email someone now because I’ve been putting that off too and the person’s going to be pretty damn upset because I promised her I would a while ago. Ugh.

say it ain’t so!
ahhhh ahhhh ahhhh gosh dang it *&*$(#$.
okay i’m not really pissed or anything.
just the slight “grrrrrrr” because guess what i’ve been wanting for the past three years but have never gotten. a nice REAL ice cream shop near GHS where me and my friends (ahem. my friends and i) can go during the measly lunch hour and eat ice cream.
guess what just opened in Wallingford.
MOLLY MOON’S HOMEMADE ICE CREAM SHOP.
homemade freaking ice cream. like…3 blocks from GHS current Lincoln location. THREE FREAKING BLOCKS. I remember when we were at the old place down on 23rd and Jackson and the Messenger did that whole April Fool’s joke about how a new ice cream place opened up and they were giving away free scoops to celebrate and i’m like HOLY CRAP ICE CREAM SHOP and literally, I believe the joke. Ohmann I was SO excited too. Until someone was like “uhh..Hao..it’s April Fool’s day joke” and I was like “OMG. This sucks.” But hey, I wasn’t the ONLY one who believed the joke so shut up. Anyways, gosh I so so so so wish that I was still at GHS, just because that shop opened up. Okay, maybe not “so so so so” but quite a bit at least. I remember when the only ice cream we actually got was the Green Tea stuff (though it was good, but HAO WANTS VARIETY!) at Kozue’s to pair with our one dollar sushi rolls =P And it would be put in ghetto styrofoam cups to keep them cold. But now, bulldogs can enjoy high quality ice cream. with many awesome flavors.
“Can you imagine wrapping your tongue around balsamic-vinegar-streaked strawberry? Or salted caramel? There’s also Thai iced tea, cardamom, “Scout” mint and honey lavender.”
And jeez, I can hella believe that if we get more of those 80 degree weather days, they’ll be busssssy with the lunch crowd of high school students. I mean, I’d be one of their customers. Oh well. I guess I’ll have to stick with fro-yo at CrazyCherry by SCCC. Though that place is hellaaaaa expensive. Is there an ice cream shop somewhere near here? ARE YOU READING THIS MOLLY MOON!?
GHS YOU LUCKY BASTARDS ♥
lol ;P jk

burnt biscuits. extra crispy, anyone?
these two days have be freakin’ amazing.
seriously. the sun has finally to take some Prozac and freaking show up at the party. And it was roccccccccking! I totally even skipped two classes on Friday just because it was so so nice to be bathing in gorgeousness at the park [with good company of course] and just soakin’ in some good ol’ vitamin D. The only downside to Friday was my chemistry test but what can I do about it. Que sera sera. It’s in the past, must look forward to the future! BUt yea, other than that. Great day. And the store was extra busy too which means profits go up which means parents happier which means less stuff to nag me about. Win-win situation.
Today I woke up at 6:30am and headed down to Tacoma for a Dragon Boat Racing Competition thing for my sister’s fiance. All I can say that it was bomb. God, these races are so intense and the team he plays for (Zamboanga) is so damn good. They’re teamwork is exceptional and everyone gets along so easily with their members. The captain is rigid and quite intimidating but he knows how to play the game and off the field, he’s really friendly (not the mention he has the most adorable two little boys ever!). I mainly was a groupie and just hung around and talked to people, played games, ate a lot, cheered a lot, and walked around in the sun alot. A LOT. I’m quite tan/sunburnt now. Like a red brownish color to me. I wore hella short shorts and a boyfriend tank and you can see where the lines end. At least my face “glows” now. haha. And it’s super funny cuz the front of my legs are brownish but the backs are less brown because when I laid out to tan, I hella forgot to flip sides (: Me and my farmer’s tan. But yea. Zambo came into 2nd place. But that’s okay, they just have to do pushups for punishment. Lol. BUt yea, I’m super happy right now. I even did a little big of pick-me-up shopping today. I bought GEL PENS. Hell yea. I’m pretty siked.
Oh and I went to the Museum of Glass today too (because it’s right next to wear they were racing) and it was sooooo eyepopping. Like I just had this huge urge to go up to the glass sculptures and just tip them over. Heh. And we watched them make the glass and blow them and stuff too in this arena-type show and it was cool! And I had corn on the cob and spicy hot dogs and ate hella junk food and got teased at by Mexican guys in pickup trucks and uhm…yea!
=D
Happy happy happy. & I have minimal Accounting homework to do tonight so I’m bouts to hella go play some DDR or read or do something I enjoy doing. Oh taht reminds me…we have some cheesecake ice cream in the freezer. Yessssss. Oh or I could go lay on the hammock and look at the stars cuz OMG the sky is CLEAR!
& TOMORROW
I’m going to my favorite place in all of Seattle. The Pike Place Market. & maybe the University Ave Street Fair? Is that still going on tomorrow? And apparently some shopping for a new rug in the house.
DAMN I LOVE THE SUN.

a picture of my body!

FOR A MORE EXAGGERATED PICTURE, LET”S TURN TO HAO’S AMAZING DRAWING SKILLS!

the black outline is one of the tank i wore today. the orange one is the one i’m wearing now. and my tan extends all the way down my arms, not suddenly stopping midway down. and i DO have hands.

have a good night [;

hello sun.
I have a favorite tree. It has gorgeous small white flowers that bloom in about mid-June. The petals are light and fragile, and they remind me of a lion’s mane; the way they spread out in perfect symmetry and sway with the wind. I remember I use to pick them to make into a wreath but within 5 minutes, they died. I wish that the tree wasn’t over a public sidewalk. Instead, I wish it was like the weeping willow that sits beside the water, overlooking a small bench so I could sit underneath its beauty and do what I love. Read. The flowers smell so strong that when the wind blows, I can smell the blossoms from down the street. The sweet scent is the best thing I’ve ever smelled. Better than bacon [:
I think it's a jasmine tree, but I wouldn't know. I just know that I walk past it everyday, and everyday, I stop for a bit to peer up at it's branches for the first flower. Today, I spotted a bud. Oh yes. Summer is almost here.

RECAP [5/12]:
Mornings with Shawn are always good. History was boring as always, though we listened to music and it went by pretty quickly. Badminton was good as usual. I beat Jennifer and I’m only two points behind Bao. I blame my sucky playing today on my strapless bra (ugh, should have wore a sports one.) and having no socks so I had grossly sweaty feet in my tennis shoes. I ended up playing badminton barefooted, which was fine with me since I prefer to be barefoot for like…everything I do. And it’s interesting because people actually noticed I was gone in badminton since I didn’t go to class on Wednesday and Friday. Then Chemistry where I dreaded getting my test back (woohoo! we didn’t yet!). We’re doing all this memorization crap that I guess mostly common sense but I hate memorization with a passion. Okay, slight exaggeration but I really do. And we have a test on it Friday too! Ugh, I’m going to fail that class. Maybe I should switch my major…
and NOW.
I am reading quite an interesting article on how lip gloss can actually raise the risks of getting skin cancer. Well, with beauty comes risks I guess. Or however that saying goes o__O
okay. tah tah.

slackin’ off but i’m back.
It’s been a while since I’ve made a blog. That 10 Reasons Why I Hate Being Skinny one really got the hits. Though it was just something that’s been on my mind for a long time now and I just finally let loose. But even though I noticed that many people read it, I was disappointed to find that no one had any real input for me except for anite (thanks m’dear).
Anyways, whining aside, last week was quite an easy sailing ride for me and I haven’t had much to write about except maybe the complaints of failing my chem quiz or the joys of acing my history one. Or maybe the fact that the weather in Seattle has been on drugs. I mean, really, The hailing, snow, rain, clouds, sun, lightning, what the hecks? I’ve been putting of my blogging of my life. Tsk tsk tsk Hao.
UPDATES
WE ARE STARTING COMPETITIONS IN BADMINTON CLASS SOON. BOOYAH.
I’m paired up with Khan for doubles. We’re pretty good, that is, when we can see the birdie. Haha. And I’m in intermediate yo! Thank god not advanced because I’d be up against all those guys who do like power shots that would probably bruise me if they hit me >< But I’m quite excited.
It’s sunny right now and absolutely gorgeeeeous (okay, maybe a tad bit cold) and I’m really anxious to get the ball rollin’ for summer y’know? Cuz who doesn’t want to pull out some shorts, skirts, and capris and show so skiiiin. Though the only thing I hate about that is that I feel obligated to shave my legs so I won’t forever damage someones retinas and traumatized them. Heh. Not that my leg hair grows fast. Or is as thick as carpet or something *coughseankimcough* Ahaha.
So. I’m going to go take a nap now. I’ll write more as soon as I figure out what to right about.
Something that reminds me of my sweetheart ♥
