GREY’S ANATOMY PREMIERE.

The Bachelorette: an emotional ride.

Okay okay okay. I admit. I watch the Bachelorette. But in my defense, I was “forced” to watch it in the beginning and I just ended up sucking me in.

Background info? My family eats dinner around 7:30 with our TV in the corner to catch Jeopardy as we have done for the last…what..15 years? 7:30pm is our aiming point. Around there. And then we watch whatever is on at 8pm, and depending on what it is, I shower at 8:30 or 9pm and yadda yadda yadda.

Of course, Bachelorette is on at 8pm right? (and lasting until 10pm sometimes!). I only watched it because I am a slow eating and tend to never finish before 8pm and we caught the last few episodes of the The Bachelor (DRAMA!) with that guy with the boy (man, is he old news. Melissa probably got the better end of the publicity) and how he chose one girl and then broke up with her for the runner up girl and whatnot. So naturally, dad and mom are now eager to watch their beloved Bachelor[ette]. And thus, I am “forced” to watch with them.

First up, Jillian is not some sexy scary-eyebrow lady. She’s cute. She’s funny. She’s just absolutely my type of girl if I had a type of girl.

Well skipping through the whole season, I’m more of the get-right-to-the-end kind of person and MAN last night’s episode was a SHOCKERRRRRRRRR. It made me yell AND throw my hamster at the TV. And go running out to my dad saying “DID YOU SEE THAT?”

No way did she choose West to be part of the Top 4. 17 hours after the show, I randomly told my dad “I CAN’T BELIEVE SHE CHOSE WES” to which he was like “what?…oh. My god you’re still thinking of that?” because seriously, Jake melts my little itty bitty teenage heart. He’s Texan, handsome as hell, and a commercial airline pilot! You know how uniforms turn me on [;  But he wasn't the guy that I was rooting for. I love Micheal! He's so funny and just so out there and he fell OH SO HARD. It was just the way he LOOKED at her. Made me think of my relationship..but that's a different story.

So. Final Four. Wes. Ed. Kiptyn. Reid.

I'm going for Reid because...I don't know. I like him the most? Definitely not Wes. Kiptyn's family is a bit too intense for me with the wine and the smartness and the fine lifestyle and whatnot. And what kind of name is is Kiptyn O__O" And I really don't know ANYTHING about Ed. So we'll see.

Yes, Ki Bum is back. But with what? A few smiley/teary face shots? C`’MON. We need some love here and his lovely voice (albeit there is no rapping parts in that song, but ohwell). And yes I drooled during Choi Siwon. That jacket he’s wearing is a sexy piece of fabric. And Kyu~!  The song is way better than Sorry Sorry (though I still like Monster) and it’s been on repeat for…2 days and is about to invade my Top 25 list. The chest thump thumping (yes, I know it’s call ‘popping’ but y’know. it’s cuter to say thump thumping [: ) ! ! ! WOOT WOOT. xD 

2NE1 -- FIRE. [2 versions: Street & Space]

Of course since I’m such a Big Bang, who wouldn’t be eager to see what the so-named “female counterpart of Big Bang” had to offer. And as addicting Lollipop was, it was way to bubblegum tastelike. WG and SNSD could do that genre better. I must admit, that although their new song is great, I am skeptical of what they have to offer. Their voices are synthesized so much and their dance moves haven’t quite been developed. Minji really amazed me for being 14 (I think?) though. She’s got spunk, that one. I think it’s different because it went the reggae way and had a different beat. Definitely something G-Dragon would do (considering he played a huge part in making the song). Lots of people said they liked Space vers. better but I liked Street. I don’t know. Just my preference. But yes, a good song that has also certainly racked up plays on iTunes.

Ah.hahahahah. I only found this after searching for how ot say “you are cute” in korean. Well I know now, kinda. But I don’t know how the whole spelling thing goes. But this is just SO FUNNY. It will go well with my plan to buy some chocolate milk and show off to Comm. guy that I can say “yummy milk” in Korean. Mwahahaha. Only too bad he thinks im so high-matinence bitch after I asked Yoon to toss away my milk for me. *sigh. I can never keep my mouth shut.

grey’s anatomy teasers for season finale 

just 2 teasers that (1) made me angry and (2) made me laugh. I’m sure you know which one is which.

MAN ALEX YELLING AT IZZY? GR. But I understand it’s all because he loves and her and whatnot. It’s so bittersweet the way Alex has grown up. But once in a while, we are able to glimpse the old Alex and see how his personality is affected by the way he was raised. But Izzie and Alex. I love them to death. I do. The scene of when Alex lifted Izzie in her prom dress still makes me cry. But Mark and Lexie (Mexie?) are just. so sweet. 

I’m so effing excited for the SEASON FINALE tomorrow. I mean, SEASON FINALE AHH  OMG WHAT AM I GOING TO DO ON THURSDAY NIGHTS NOW. GAWDDD.

I might as well start burning Season 4 discs and watching re-runs. ):

WONG FU PRODUCTIONS — WHEN FIVE FELL.

I love Wong Fu because they do videos that are relate-able, visually stimulating, and just artistic. The trailer proves everything about them. The music always plays a huge part of their videos. I’m excited to watch this new one considering I never saw their full-feature film. I’m anxious for the day that Wong Fu can break it into the mainstream because they really do rock. They went to Cannes after all!

I must go home now so I will attempt to post a new one tomorrow if not tonight. There’s been a bit on my mind regarding my love and what my future holds. Maybe I’ll write poetry? It’s been a while since I’ve written something. I’m being coaxed to write once again by a close friend. I’m inspired by his spoken word writings too. GO RYAN! But anyways. definately cinematic.

i’m sorry if you don’t like Transformers. because i do. i’ve watched it probably 4-5 times and considering that is a 2+ hour movie, i wasted 10-13 hours on it. and everyime, i’m still freaking  jaw-dropped by it and everything. some of the stuff i like about it:

• the soundtrack. it’s the first thing about it. with big speakers and amplifying sound, each “momentous” song is reverberated off the walls on my house and sounds incredible. especially the part where they come from the sky and transform into each car of their choice (“excuse me, are you the tooth fairy“. man, girl. you must have messed up dreams of what the tooth fairy looks like.) 
• the transforming. i mean, after all, it IS transformers. i like how each piece is so focused on and each detail exceptionally clear. i’d probably cry at the crystal picture of it if i were to watch it in Blu-Ray or something. O__O the first time Sam and Mikeala . and WE LOVE CHIHUAHUAS!
• the cheesy humor. the simple response of the hoity-toity cop with the gun of “are you on drugs?” and sam’s blubbering around mikeala. it’s cute and in a cheesy way. but it’s still cheap.
• the visual effects. the desert scenes especially. the round aerial camera view.

okay, liking Transformers does not make me a nerd. if it does, i’m a proud nerd. and i will definitely see Transformers 2 when it comes out.

speaking of movies. these are the ones i want to see when it comes out (so far.)

i pretty much spent the day watching movies.

i watched The Family Stone and Ray on tv, and then now Transformers. YES!

Rumors have been going around the T.R. Knight has asked to leave Grey’s Anatomy, breaking his contract of three-years. Apparently he’s not happy with his storyline. And the way Shonda Rhimes (tsk tsk tsk!) handled the gay-slur incident between him and Isaiah Washington.

Hey, Guess who wrote that she noticed George’s storyline completely was CRAP last week (see Grey’s 12/04 below). I mean, POORHIM! In the beginning we were all rah-rah! for the poor syph-boy (like superboy, only diseased!) and but isn’t that kind of what we’ve been doing since the beginning. George never gets action!  No cutting someone’s LVAD for love! No maniac leg-cutting patient! No drunken sex! Okay, sure he was paired with an attending that TOTALLY went downhill. But we’ve been pitying him always haven’t we. It’s always “awww poor George”. Something good to him always gets taken away. He’s our tampon-buying roomate for god’s sake.

But we still love him. It’s George afterall. The sweet guy that exists in our lives. That worries about his friends. That suffers emotional wrecks (excluding the heading-to-the-asylum Izzie). That injects a little level-headedness into this show. WE LOVE GEORGE. Of course we don’t want him to leave but apparently Grey’s is clearly not for him. It’s all about drama and George is getting the downside of it. The scraps. The leftover corpes. He’s being tugged around like a freaking puppet one way and another. Example? THE CHIEF IS PLAYING AROUND WITH HIM (see Ep. w/ Stan).

TODAY I…

• jogged [like my previous blog said]
• made a toy gun
• ate ramen for lunch
• went to a farm for my nephew’s preschooling. yes, his preschool is on a freaking farm. that is so freaking cool. 
• went grocery shopping at two stores. saw a whole buncha cute asian guys* at the “oriental” market
• took a two hour nap
• watched transformers the movie [i love that movie to death]
• went to the bank and got my temp. ATM card!**
• had dinner
• watch cable//go on youtube and watched my first ever episode of Gossip Girl***

my day was great! a storm came in around 8pm so we couldn’t go driving but my brother promised!

* University of Iowa apparently has a high percentage of international students. And a high percentage of the percentage of international students is Chinese xD Oh Shawn. I’m here in Iowa lusting after wifebeater wearing guys while you’re in China doing God knows what. Hm. Oh, they all wear skimpy clothing because it’s so DAMN HOT here. Oh well. Eye candy!

**I’ve been freaking waiting for my actual Debit/ATM card for a longass time now. They [the bank] said that they sent it to the Iowa address so I was expecting it in the mail once it got here. But nooo, stupid Seattle banker person effed it up so now I JUST got a freaking temp. ATM card that I can only use to withdraw money from the ATM. Ugh. But at least I finally got to open an account that was mine only instead of just being a minor on my brother’s account. Ridiculous.

***Gossip Girl is a weird show. As much as I hate it, there’s something about it that sucks me in. I watched the premiere of the second season on YouTube and I must admit… there is WAY too much drama for one show. I swewar. Serena and whats his name. Nate and Serena..oh wait! There’s Christine [Christina?] and there’s Blair and her weird Princeton//Georgetown//No-I’m-a-Lord guy and Chuck who apparently has commitment problems or maybe it’s just that if he said the words I Love You he’d burst into flames and go to hell or something. I+ there’s too many touchy feeling scenes which just makes me miss a certain someone more. ggguuuhh. t’s weird. Gossip Girl i mean. But it’s addicting in a way I just can’t put my finger on. I guess it’ll keep me preoccupied for Iowa considering I’m already tired of Parental Control and all those Diddy reality shows. Ick.

the reason being is that g.a has always been a pick me up show. it’s relatable [no, i'm not a doctor. no i don't have a mcdreamy. no i don't have an urge to go drown myself in puget sound] but not in the sense that my life is comparable to that of cristina’s or meredith’s or izzy’s. i love watching it because it reminds me that life always has its ups and downs and everyone goes through crap, not just me. and it does it in a way that makes you say “hey, that girl’s like me.”
